Wood-Fired Oven
Our pizzas are baked in a Neapolitan wood-fired oven at 480°C. The crust rises to perfection in 90 seconds, thanks to a 48-hour natural fermentation with house levain.
House-Made Pastas
Every pasta is rolled fresh daily in our cucina using imported Italian semolina and local farm eggs. Tagliatelle, pappardelle, and ravioli — made with love.
